Integrated core studies were for the first time conducted in the Zaozyorny area situated in the Karabashsky oil and gas promising zone, where Zaozyornaya-1 stratigraphic well encountered five target horizons in Cretaceous (Cherkashinsky Fm) and Jurassic (Bazhenov, Abalaksky, Tyumensky formations) systems, as well as the pre-Jurassic series. The abnormal zone of the Bazhenov Formation is of particular interest. Information about porosity, permeability, and also density, electrical parameters in atmospheric and P-T conditions was obtained. Together with data on rock composition studies using X-ray Diffraction Analysis, this information allowed determining the basic petrophysical relationships of the rocks for the separate objects under consideration. The petrophysical model created is a basis for considerable updating and expanding the accepted regional geological model. Integration of data of nuclear-magnetic relaxometry, semipermeable membrane with computer microtomography on the basis of GeoDict software system was carried out to create a digital model of reservoir. The model adequately reproduces matrix and pore space structure, fluid transfer processes in the pore space, and distribution of residual water saturation. Analysis of the available petrophysical information was used to identify intervals with better reservoir properties.
